At Chanab Farms, we take pride in delivering premium sun-dried mango slices and healthy snacks made from naturally ripened fruit. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-Day Return & Money Back Guarantee under the conditions below.

🔁 14-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged, leaking, or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The packaging is tampered before opening
• The product quality is not as described

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• You must provide order number and clear pictures of the issue

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted if:

• The packet has been opened
• The product has been consumed
• The return request is made after 14 days
• The issue is based on personal taste preference

💵 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• Our team will arrange a pickup (where serviceable)
• After inspection, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
• Refund method:
• Bank transfer
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa
• Store credit (if preferred)

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we bear the return cost.

If the return is for any other valid reason, the customer may bear the shipping cost.
