Refund Policy

Introduction

“Chanab Mango Farms” is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased from  Chanab Mango Farms and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 5 days once the product is received.

Refunds:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

1. Refund must be requested by contacting at 03019633337 or cs@chanabfarms.pk
2. Request of refund must be made within 5 days once the product is received.
3. Goods must be returned to Chanab Mango Farms immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting 03019633337 as directed in step 1.
4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Chanab Mango Farms sole, reasonable discretion.
